What I do
- Map the supply market for your product category and target region in China.
- Identify an initial list of manufacturers and trading companies that match your spec.
- Verify each candidate against your hard requirements (MOQ, certification, capacity, export experience).
- Write a shortlist with a one-page summary per supplier: who they are, what they say they do, what they actually show, and any flags.
What you get
- A shortlist of 3–6 suppliers, ranked by fit for your requirement.
- A short profile per supplier with the information that affects your decision.
- My notes on what to confirm or clarify before moving forward.
- Optional: I introduce you to the chosen suppliers and coordinate the first round of communication.
What I need from you
- Product name, category, and any reference samples, photos, drawings or specifications.
- Estimated quantity (initial order and forecast if relevant).
- Hard requirements: certifications, target price, destination country, packaging, delivery timeline.
