For more than a decade I worked on the China side of business — engaging with local enterprises, learning how Chinese companies actually operate, and watching how deals are made when local context matters.

That experience showed me something international buyers often miss: most of the friction in China sourcing is not the product itself. It is information asymmetry — not knowing who you are really dealing with, how to read what a supplier tells you, or how to keep communication on track when the working language, working hours, and working assumptions are different.

I started Charmmy to close that gap. As one person on the ground in China, I do the research, the reading, the writing and the follow-up directly with each buyer. No team, no subcontractors.
