I take the available information about a Chinese supplier — public records, what they publish about themselves, what other buyers say — and turn it into a clear research brief.
What I do
- Collect the supplier’s public footprint: registration, website, listings, news mentions.
- Read what they claim against what is verifiable.
- Compare several candidates against each other on the dimensions that matter to you.
- Surface what is missing — and that itself is information.
What you get
- A written research brief per supplier, with sources where possible.
- A side-by-side comparison when you give me multiple candidates.
- A short list of questions I would ask the supplier, if you decide to move forward.
